Service very slow. Waitress uninterested. Manager turning away customers when the restaurant was half empty telling them it would take 90mins to cook the food? If I owned this restaurant I would be furious with the way it us run. On top of that it cost 85 pounds for a distinctly average meal. They charged us 12.5% service charge to boot. When I challenged this and said I didn't want to pay it, they said I must and it was Not optional! Really? Service charge is discretionary surely. I told the staff that I felt I had been robbed. I will certainly never grace this establishment with my presence again. I will wait with baited breath for the goodwill return of my £9.50 service charge. Very disappointing.
