Booked a table but the only one available was right by the door on a freezing day. We were told we would be moved when another table became available but it never happened. The food was okay but got cold immediately because the door kept opening. I think the restaurant should look at additional heating at the front of the restaurant, maybe overhead heating or underfloor. Was told on the phone we would get a free drink for wearing a Christmas jumper but that didn't happen either. Service wasn't good today. A disappointing experience and wished we had gone elsewhere, won't make the same mistake again.

So good that you can order from the brunch menu up until 5pm in the Clapham Bills restaurant. What a great idea! Pancakes all day!

I love Bills and go regularly although this is my first time to Battersea. I was very disappointed to discover that the sausages cooked in honey and mustard are no more!!! The mustard comes separately and no honey. The whole purpose of snacking on them is that they are sweet and sticky.
