She was so helpful and made me feel like she was one of friends. I know everyone might not have this experience but she is the nicest person I've met in a long time and the best waitress I've ever had.

It was a quiet afternoon inside, plenty of staff, took an hour to receive our mains we were afamily of 4) . Other tables that had arrived 20 mins after us had received their starters ans mains and nearly finished by the time ours arrived, wasn’t hot either. Was offered a discount of the mains off the bill but when we got the bill they only deducted 25% off the main dishes. Service was very very slow even though staff were standing around doing nothing. Put us off going there again.
