Very rude staff! Didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. Black waiter was asked to show us to our seats, she just stood there and rolled her eyes, someone else had to. All tables were empty but very dirty with used plates and all…. We waited as she cleared and cleaned.. had to ask for tissues to dry the chairs and tables ourselves. There was a heater under the table, which was left there even after pointing it was a health and safety concern as I had two kids. After self ordering, we received only one order for my son, my daughter had to wait over 50 mins for her food to arrive, constantly reminding them every 10 mins! Pasta took 50 mins 😭😭😭😭 Terrible place, no customer service! Place is unkept and the food is not that great. No proper hygiene, they will speak over ur food and hold ice cream cones with their dirty hands… We will never return!!!! Please do not go here! They need food safety inspection!!! Non-compliant for sure!!!
