Rök Smokehouse

Rök is a 'Nordic Smokehouse' restaurant and bar that uses techniques such as brining, pickling and smoking, to prepare top quality ingredients. The menu offers smoked meat dishes, cures, pickles and vegetable dishes usually found on tables across Northern Europe. Meats are cooked on a custom built, charcoal fuelled barbecue – the centrepiece of the kitchen.
