Comments as follows: * poor service * too long for food to arrive * poor communication * lack of clarity over menus. Had to ask for Sunday menu * mix up over drinks. One person received an alcoholic drink which wasn’t ordered as they do not drink alcohol * one tiramisu defied the trades descriptions act because it was 95% cream & was sent back * children’s desserts were cancelled after 30 mins of ordering & still hadn’t arrived * service charge requested to be taken off bill * generally an all round poor & disappointing experience for a birthday celebration Finally as regular customers we expect better
Superb, our 1st visit but we wll be back very soon.

My wife & guests could find no fault with anything, the venue / decor / food is fabulous, the staff so welcoming, top marks to all concerned, so impressed with our night out.
