Nestled on the first floor of the Design Museum, Blueprint Café has magnificent views from Canary Wharf to the East through Tower Bridge and the City to the West. With floor-to-ceiling windows and neutral wooden floors, Blueprint Café is the perfect setting to experience the simple yet innovative cooking of Head Chef Martyn Moody, in the company of knowledgeable and friendly staff. Serving modern European cuisine, the chefs design a menu daily using fresh and seasonal ingredients carefully sourced from local farms and suppliers in the British Isles. The culinary philosophy and passion reflects in every element of the food on offer. Head Chef Martyn Moody is a firm believer in making as much on-site as possible. The kitchen team churn their own butter, cure their hams for at least six months and salt their own beef at 56 °C for 36 hours. Blueprint Café is the ideal location for all occasions, from business lunches to family gatherings, an intimate table for two to groups and private events.
