A multi-award winning restaurant and deli, Lunya is the UK's first Catalonian fusion deli and restaurant, and one of Liverpool's best Spanish restaurant and delicatessen. Lunya is located in the heart of Liverpool One, in a beautifully converted 18th century warehouse in College Lane by the Bluecoat and Harvey Nichols. Passionate about creating exceptional dishes, the menu provides a wide range of tapas and a la carte meals, many based on the concept of fusion - blending recipes, ideas and ingredients from Spain and the UK together. Lunya's simple philosophy is transcending their 'passion on a plate', believing in using superb quality ingredients and providing an exceptional service. The deli distributes their huge range of produce across the UK through their online shop. Lunya boasts one of the most extensive menus in the country. The menus change to reflect seasonal and supplier availability and with the ideas and inspirations of their chefs. The home-made sourdough bread is baked daily and the deli counter has a huge selection of rare and high quality cheeses, hams (including the world renowned Joselito), olives, oils and vinegars, plus many other quality ingredients and products. The restaurant upstairs can accommodate 130 guests with a further 30 outside on the terrace. There is a great bar area downstairs with a small number of dining tables. The majority of the menu is gluten free and are happy to eliminate wheat flour from most of the few dishes which contain it if you notify the restaurant in advance.
