The Gloucester Old Spot

The Gloucester Old Spot is a country pub situated on the outskirts of Cheltenham. The pub specialises in Rare Breed Pork and has a passion for preserving the heritage of the pub and extending genuine warm levels of hospitality, with a modern English food style. The pub itself is much bigger than it first appears from the outside, with its sprawling baronial dining room and cosy bar, complete with nooks and crannies to sit and watch the world go by. The Old Spot is all about an escape from the hustle and bustle of the outside. With roaring open log fires, friendly staff, a variety of Real Ales and cider, The Old Spot is a great place to meet with friends and family. The chefs create all their dishes using fresh local ingredients and cooking dishes from scratch. Not a fan of mushrooms? Vegan? Gluten Free? Not a problem. The chefs are more than happy to adjust the dish as you would like it, given that they have the time and the ingredients. Fancy a dish and it is not on the menu? The chefs will do their best to produce it for you. Now, THAT is what we call service! At Weekends there is a traditional Sunday Lunch served between 12:00 - 8:00pm and booking is advisable as it does get very busy. There are no Starters on a Sunday, and the focus is on great Roast dinners and home-made Desserts.
