In the evenings, the restaurant offers modern British and contemporary European cuisine, all in the decadent surroundings with stunning traditional features including high ceilings adorned with chandeliers. The Executive Chef has designed a menu which is both innovative and dynamic; the menu features the freshest organic, seasonal and locally sourced produce. The dessert menu is decadent, classic and extremely indulgent. The restaurant is closed to the public for lunch.
