Using only the freshest local ingredients and daily catches from their own fishing boats, mouthwatering dishes are created in the open-plan kitchen for all guests to see which includes fresh New Forest wild mushrooms, Scottish rope-grown mussels, line caught Mudeford sea bass and prime Scottish steak. You cannot dine any closer to the sea without getting your toes wet. The Deck at WestBeach offers the ultimate al fresco dining experience, against the stunning backdrop of Bournemouth Bay.
