The restaurant is located within the historic Royal Exeter Hotel and gets its name from the year in which it was built, in recognition of the massive historical impact this building has had on the town over the past two centuries.
1812 has a passion and a thirst for local and great produce and offers an excellent venue that is both lively and unique in Bournemouth, with a kitchen team working very hard to create dishes that stand out from the crowd, offering French and British classics with a twist, for food that tantalises.
The bar offers widely renowned cocktails and if you have a favourite that is not on the menu the mixologists will be happy to make it for you. The bar also offers funky live music from Thursday - Sunday.
